SMS disappears

Hi

I have little problem on sp5, sometimes when i turn it on and it freezes before I unlock it (password for keypad lock) and i also receive sms but when i take the battery out and put it in again and turn the fone on, i dont get the sms i received, its not in inbox??? they just get deleted somehow wen i take the battery out.

thats only bug i found so far in sp5 with latest rom installed on it.

anyone else had that problem?
