Sometimes, without any apparent reason, Windows Mobile Outlook email "New email", "Reply" and "Reply to all" just does nothing. You may click it a dozen times and the system will react has if nothing has happened. :-( All the rest of the system works just fine. Intellisync can synchronize email, etc. The only solution that we could find so far is a kind of a drastic one: hard reset of the device "Qtek 9090" and subsequent reinstallation and configuration of Intellisync, VirusScan PDA software, etc. Before the hard reset, we have also tried soft resetting the device, as well as removing all application from memory without any degree of success. Has anyone seen and managed to fix this without a hard reset? We are running: Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition Version 4.21 (build 14132) Intellisync Mobile Suite Version 6.2 Thank you in advance for any help
