Contact list filter not working in SP5

I have an I-Mate SP5 phone that has English OS, I recently installed the Arabic Software Pack from Club i-mate website to be able to read Arabic SMS. However, right after I installed the pack, my contact list is not working properly. The contact list doesn't respond to letter filtering. Meaning, when I press "m" for example, it doesn't filter all contact starting with "m", it just doesn't respond to any key input. When I disable the Arabizer it does work. Also, when I press the green button to bring the "dialed list" , that list work fine (it is not the full list of course). Any body has an idea how to fix this?
