Change of startup / shutdown / ext screen images

Hi,

I am using a Dopod S300..... i iwould like to change the DOPOD word away from startup / Shutdown / Ext Screen images to my own.... i dont really understand about the tweak part.... is there any screen shot of steps to show to me... cause i am a noob towards mobile window.... i am to use to SE and Nokia..... please help

dude thanks for the link.... funniest thing is that i follow every steps that the link thought me... but its not working on my phone.... :) the phmregedit keep poping up "unable to performe" any advice
