Open source 3gp converter?

Hi

Does anyone know if there are any open source (ie. free!) 3gp converters?

I need a software that will convert most video files TO 3gp.

I have found plenty of ones I can buy but there must be some free ones out there!

Failing that, can anyone recommend a good, easy to use (idiotproof) one?

Any help would be appreciated.
