mpx 220 without signal

Hi everybody.... i have a problem with my mpx 220

I charged the phone all night... In the morning i plug out the phone and powered on.... but i dont have signal

I take battery off and put again... Nothing...

The phone load wm2003 without problem... but dont have signal....

Im confussed, i dont think to do...

anybody help me??
