SPV M500 on Tesco no internet

Hi,

Recently moved my wifes' SPV M500 from Orange to Tesco (in theory same # minutes/texts for half the price!)

However we can't get the internet or MMS to work. Have checked with Tesco & they say it is all enabled at their end, also got the GPRS/WAP & MMS settings off the web but all we get for any page we try to go to is 'page cannot be found'

Someone mentioned that orange may have 'brain damaged' the phone to only work with their network for internet/MMS, is this likely?

If it isn't does anyone have any ideas as she is getting very frustrated at not getting full functionality of this device.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Here are the settings we are using (although trying to find where to input them within the labyrinth that is Windows Mobile is a bit of a nightmare & I guess we may have missed something):-
