Qtek 8310: Rom 2.0.9.0 released for Europe, 2.0.10.0 released for Russian Users.

Hey

Im gna have to be updating my ROM soon and I went over to the Qtek Website, and it looks like they got a few different versions:

Sweden, Norway & Denmark

AKU2 ROM: 2.0.9.0 Radio: 413.1.04_02.09.00 Operator: 2.5.321.2

Europe (West/Middle/East)

AKU2 ROM:2.0.9.0 ExtROM:2.5.322.1 Radio:0.2.0.900

Finland

AKU2 ROM: 2.0.9.0 Radio: 413.1.04_02.09.00 Operator: 2.5.321.2

Russia

(AKU2) ROM: 2.0.10.0 Radio: 4.1.13.9_1_02.20.01 ExtROM: 2.5.323.3

Is there anyone on here who has ran the Russian update? is it all in russian? or do you have the option to change over to english too?! any performance issues?!

Its not really worth it. Its still only AKU2 so no real technical advances.

Also it's an absolute dog to change it to english, you can change the phone language to english but all your t9 letters etc will STILL be in russian.

Wrong.

You can easily select the language you want in T9.

I've been using Russian edition for over a year because it contains language I'm interested in (WWE doesn't) and it's done very well, not a single russian character after I switched to language of my choice.
