Change Email Provider

I am currenltly using Orange Mail for my email provision however due to increase in spam, low storage capacity, poor web user interface, and reduced need for text alerts I am considering changing.

This post may seem a little off topic but becasue I want to use it with my Phone i would like to ask for help

What I requre :

Pop access - Mainly for mobile use where I send and recieve more urgent mail. Can be used for Outlook

Outlook access - Main interface for my use of email

Web access - Requred when Im away from my pc, but web access is increasingl looking to replace Outlook because you dont actuall have to sync as much (except to mobile)

Sync - I need to be able to sync calendar and contacts over Outlook, Web and Phone

Spam - I requre better protection than orange

I have so far been looking at GMail, Yahoo and Hotmail, all provide pop/http links to outlook , Hotmail doesnt do POP for mobile but has a good wap interface which i could compromise with.

None of them seem to allow sync, but Orange does
