Setting profiles (or similar)

I want my phone to ring and vibrate even if I've got my bluetooth headset on and connected - in case I'm not actually listening to it at the time. With my C550 it was simple to set the profile to manage this but I can't find a way to do this with the hermes.

The other thing I'm not sure about is setting the message notification, I want to choose a sound and have it vibrate as well.

Not sure about the former but you can do the latter using settingş-sounds and notifications.
