Motorola Q Clientshell.exe Alert Message..Help Please

I have had the Q for months. All was working well till today.

Now I get the following message and I can not Wireless Sync

alert. Access denied. The program cannot start becasuse it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate. clientshell.exe

My phone is unlocked and everything was working great.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
