Choosing 3G Smartphone having WiFi

Which is the best low-cost 3G smartphone in the market having WiFi capability? Any suggestions?

Also where can one buy it (online , if not in Germany).

There arent any 3g and Wifi Smartphones at the moment, but the only 3g smartphone avalible is the HTC MTEOR but if you pay a little visit too spectec who make SDIO memory cards you could purchase an SDIO micro sd wifi card enableing wifi with your device.

When you say smartphone, are you referring to specifically smartphone or PPC smartphone too?

Well either way it is very very limited.

Running a search on gsmarena.com this is what you get

HTC Universal

HTC Tytn

HTC Trinity

Other than those 3 devices I am unaware of any other wifi + 3g windows mobile devices.

But bear in mind you can still buy wifi cards for just 3g devices like the Mteor.

I found that I never used WiFi once I had unlimited 3G anyway.
