Guest Shane Posted November 19, 2006 Report Posted November 19, 2006 I am using SPB backup to create a backup of my SPV 3100M. I have started to get this error in the log when I create a back up: “Unable to read from file "\Windows\lic\lsoma.db". It is because the named file is in use and can’t be read. Does anyone know what program this file is associated with and how I can stop it so the back will work without errors? Thanks
Guest Tony W Posted March 17, 2007 Report Posted March 17, 2007 I am using SPB backup to create a backup of my SPV 3100M. Does anyone know what program this file is associated with and how I can stop it so the back will work without errors? Thanks I did a Google search and found this post on the Spb Club: http://www.clubspb.com/forum/viewtopic.php...hlight=lsoma+db. Basically, the file lsoma.db should be ignored by Spb Backup (Sprite backup should also ignor the file) and the advice is to follow the guidance given by the Spb team - uninstall, delete some files, and then re-install. I have the same problem too so will follow this advice. It appears that some Spb Backup registry entry is corrupted. Regards
