TomTom 6 on Vario II - Install Problems

Hi All,

I have just purchased TomTom navigator 6 and a GlobalSat BT-338 for use with my MDA Vario II

Does anyone have any insight concerning performing the install. I have copied the contents of the supplied miniSD card to a microSD such that it is available on my phone. Unfortunately I can't get an install file to run and the PC app does not have an option to download the app to the phone.

I have manually executed TTN.CAB on the phone and the app has installed however it cannot find any maps.

I would very much appreciate if anyone can advise how I can effect a manual install of software such the large files remain on the microSD
