PROBLEM WITH MY I MATE SP3I

Hi well ok my problem is that when i got my phone it would be allright to hard reset this phone like any of my other phones but the bad part that happen is that after i hit the 2 soft keys and power button it freezes me in the blue screen where it says imate and does not bring me past the windows part. The bad part is i dont have a usb at the moment but will buy one if i can get a solution to fix plz help thks

I've never had this problem myself but would be looking to download the latest ROM update from Club iMate and run that on my PC. Hopefully it might work from the blue screen but, as you say, you'll need the USB lead first.

Have you tried a hard reset again or just a normal start?

yes ive tried to hard reset and soft reset but all i get is the blue screen where it says iu test ok and it freezes there
