IMATE Sp3i PLZ HELP

Hi well ok my problem is that when i got my phone it would be allright to hard reset this phone like any of my other phones but the bad part that happen is that after i hit the 2 soft keys and power button it freezes me in the blue screen where it says imate and does not bring me past the windows part. The bad part is i dont have a usb at the moment but will buy one if i can get a solution to fix plz help thks

Have you tried a soft reset at the point it freezes?

Have you tried a second hard reset to see if that clears it?
