HELLO NEED SOME HELP WITH 3125

i have a 3125 for cingular . and the speaker sounds busted but only after the phone has been on for awhile but once i reboot the ringtone goes to normal . i was woundering if there was any of u that have this phone that have had the same problem and know how to fix it cuz i dont think my speaker is busted well i hope not but it sounds great once i reboot the phone tho . well then and i have one more question how do u pimp out your 3125 with programs and other stuff like that
