spv e200 profile problem

hi guyz,briefly what i did till now in my spv:

- 8. menu is RUU RECOV,couldnt hard reset but cleared storage from accesories,

- simlocked it,and updated,

and the problem now is,the phone changes the profiles by itself and stucks to car profile where i cant use it without a headset because it even doesnt ring,the voice is only available when i plug the headset.do u think its a hardware problem at usb cradle in phone?or did anybody else experienced such a problem?thanks in advance
