Can't Delete Email From Pocket Outlook

I have WM5 running on a PPC-6700. I use Direct Push to receive my email. I also have Outlook on my desktop connected to the exchange server. I have SPB Pocket Plus installed.

I can not delete email from my PDA. I select delete and nothing happens. There are some emails in my deleted messages folder but they only show 0K (no title or any other info) and when I try to open them nothing happens.

I can not delete my mail from Pocket Outlook or from SPB Pocket Plus so I do not believe the problem is Pocket Plus. I can delete mail from Outlook on my desktop. I have already removed my exchange server and added it again with the same results.

Can anyone give me any advice on what may be wrong or what I can try next. I have been using direct push on a different 6700 for months with no problems but now that I have a replacement unit I can not get it to work. I did not use a backup of the old phone on the new phone.

Thank you.

I don't understand your references to Pocket Plus. How can you delete mail in pocket plus anyway?

When you say you delete mail and nothing happens, do you mean the mail item remains in your devices inbox, or do you mean it goes into the devices deleted items folder but doesn't update the server?

Have you done a manual sync?

Sorry, in SPB Diary then.

The items remain in the inbox. Nothing happens at all when I select delete.

Yes I have manually synced.

Thanks
