SP Memory manager?

I am looking for a better way to manage memory on my Cingular 2125 (WM5). Anyone know if any programs that will either (A) search for temp files and other junk that can easily be cleaned off the phone to clean up memory, and/or (:), provide a virtual memory system and/or © provide a way to install apps on my storage card instead of the small area on the phone for this.
