Cannot Receive E-mail on M3100 using Orange 3G

Hi,

This is doing my head in, but I cannot send/receive E-mail (orange.net account) onto my M3100 using Orange 3G, however connecting to my work wireless network or activesync it works fine. What setting have I got wrong?

Please help :)
