Guest MadMacs2010 Posted November 23, 2006 Report Posted November 23, 2006 Can anyone help me, I've got a bit of an odd problem. I've been using my C600 happily for a while now and I love it. With the new driving laws and the police getting particularly snippy lately, I decided to treat myself and bought me a Jabra BT135 bluetooth headset. It paired fine, tranfers calls from the phone, is clear as a bell, has an unbelievably long standby time (been using for about a fortnight now, not had to re-charge it!!). My one big, REALLY BIG! pain in the arse is that when I try to make a phone call, I've recorded a voice tag for the wife's mobile, no problem, but when I try to use it, it presents me with a new text message instead of a dial tone! I'm getting really cheesed off now, because also I thought, ok, I'll use the quick dial keys on the phone and then transfer the call to my headset. What happened? I pushed the quickdial, ringing tone came on, pressed the button on the headset .... .... the phone hung up the currently dialed call, asked me to enter a voice tag, which I did, which... ... ... presented me with another bl :) dy empty text message to send to the wife!!! What is the point of that?!? why does the voice tag operation not default to the dialtone? what is the point of having a feature that allows you to verbally ask for an empty text message that you would then have to use the keypad to complete? and yet the only way to dial a bl :D dy number is to take your hands off of the wheel and dial the s :P dding thing! I'm sorry for the swearing but this is spoiling what would otherwise be a really good phone! Help me Obi-Wan you're my only hope!!
