SPV C500 blocked

i have a problem on my spv c500. when i restarted the phone a screen with Typhoon IPL 1.00 Typhoon SPL 1.01.0130 appeared . if i randomly press the keys and restart the phone it seems to work fine until i must insert the pin code and keys don't work . i read some topics on the internet and i say that i never tried to unlock the phone to connect to other network than Orange ... it happend whitout doing anything ! What shoul i do?
