Problem connecting to web on Orange M3100

When I open up IE or any other application that wants to connect to the web it is comes up the following screen:

Network Log On

Resource: Orange Internet

Username :

Password:

Domain:

Ok Cancel

------------------------

I press ok and it trys to connect but fails with no error. I can connect to the internet ok using my WLAN.

Any ideas poeple?
