Guest emrwilks Posted November 30, 2006 Report Posted November 30, 2006 Here is a surefire way to get your GPS receiver working with TomTom mobile on a C600: Clear all previous attempts to link GPS device + com ports Turn on bluetooth Start TomTom Mobile Select change preferences Select Show gps status Select configure Select other bluetooth device press call end button (this takes you back to c600 homescreen) select settings select connections select bluetooth press menu select devices press menu select new to search for your gps highlight the gps device and press next enter passcode if required (e.g. 0000) and press next select ok press next press done (i have had working with serial port checked or unchecked) press done press menu select com ports select new incoming port as com 6 check secure connection press done press back arrow until TomTom appears again you should now how a signal or messsage saying no valid gps signal. If it says no valid gps device then it has not worked.
