Guest Jasonkruys Posted July 25, 2006 Report Posted July 25, 2006 Since jumping from O to T-Mobile, I have had reason to call O with regard to the contract I am running out. Most recently to get a replacement M5000. Is it my imagination, or are customer services getting crap? I have been on hold now for 37mins, waiting to speak to someone, anyone!! How long has everyone else waited, and what are the best times to call?
