Annyoing Tesco Help

Hiya,

My mom is on tesco mobile with a D500 and on her front screen she has the usual network logo but under that she has this thing in brackets and her right hand key selection. Its always there. When you press the right key selector where she would have her contact list it comes up with alll the local dialing codes. Yes if she wanted them itt would be handy but it stops er easily getting to her contacts. I can't get rid of it anyone Know?
