How Phones Have Come Along

Hiya,

I can't believe how much phones have developed. They started as a big massive thing now look at them. I thought this forum was a bit lonely so i thought i'd add summink. Black and white and now the latest and greatest things in colourful fun exciting technology.

Loads don't just use their phones as a phone anymore its their whole life. Any one viewing this site on their phone?

Making this forum less lonely!

I'm still collecting and picked up a cheap mio 8380 on ebay :)

So I can see the development of just the Smartphones over the years.

Still got a nokia 6110 in the shed somewhere :D

:) Not a bad thing to do actually. If you lined them all up you'd certanly see the changes that have been made to such great models

A mate of mine still has a 'transportable' phone at the back of his garage. It has a 12 volt lead-acid battery beneath a carphone type handset connected by a curly cable, alongside a huge rubber antenna. Apparently, when it was new, you could talk for a whole hour on it - if you could afford the call costs!!! :)
