Internet Connection Around Europe

Hi all

I wonder if anyone could give me any advice or point me in the right direction.

I need a laptop card that allows me to get an internet connection travelling around europe. Mainly France, Spain, Italy Germany.

Would a T Mobile web n walk pro card do this for me or are there better options ??
