Guest kurtfhouse Posted November 12, 2006 Report Posted November 12, 2006 I am still waiting to get to the halfway point in my contarct so I can transfer down to the cheapest core plan and defect to T-Mobile. As I have previously posted I am one of the unlucky people who upgraded onto a new 18 Month Plan just before the new animal plans came out and I am now stuck on an uncompetitive 'Core' or 'Rip Off' plan and am not aloud to switch to any of the newer ones. Anyway I phoned up for a whinge to see if I could get away with going to the cheapest plan a bit early (again) but couldn't. I started to complain about the situation and the rip off I was tied to when the CSR informed me that there had been alot of complaints about the core plans situation and he beleieves that there will be some new plans out in December 2006 that we CAN switch to with bundled texts etc. He didn't give any further details . Thought this might be of interest to some other unhappy Orange Customers. If it is true it will certainly make the remainder of my time with them a bit less painful but odds on I will still be defecting as I have had enough of them and the new MDA Compact III on Flex and Web 'n' Walk looks a pretty good proposition to me :)

I was told 8 weeks ago that it wasnt worth me looking to ammend my data plan as Orange were bring out new packages shortly....................still nothing at all.

Guest darrengf Posted January 12, 2007 Report Posted January 12, 2007 As far as im aware, Orange are going to introdcue a new animal tarrif at the begining of march and revamp there other ones. Core plans are on the list of things to be decided on but still nothing has been changed as of yet. If i find anything out i will let you know

Yeah, same here. Am now enjoying Flext + W'n'W data, a great new phone and customer service as it should be over on T-Mobile :D
