When I receive a call that contact is automatically deleted by the PDA

Hi all.

I have this Qtek S200 (HTC Prophet) since couple of months. I have all my contacts correctly sync, but when I receive a call from someone in the contact list, that contact is deleted.

Until I found out, I have lost 30% of my contacts.

Please help.
