Calendar one-way Sync with MS Exchange

Has any one seen this problem?

I have set up my SPVM600 to sync with our MS Exchange server over GPRS. Everything is fine except that any calendar entries made on the phone do not get sych'nd on to the calendar in my mailbox. If I enter an appointment on the calendar in my mailbox then this is ok, i.e it appears to be working one way only.

If I temporarily set the phone to sync with MS Outlook on my PC instead then sync works both ways.

All other aspects (email, contacts) are ok and I don't have any error messages on teh phone or on the server.

Any ideas ?
