Guest dseiden Posted December 2, 2006 Report Posted December 2, 2006 I have not really used a smartphone since the Moto MPX200 but have been keeping an eye on these devices. I am considering switching over from an HTC TyTn for most of my daily use. I find the small size of a smartphone and one handed use a bit more to my ganeral style. Of course there are still times that the full features PocketPC is the way to go.. Anyway.... Is it me or os Pocke IE on the smartphone a bit weak. It seems like many of the sites that I have no problem with on my TyTn will not come up on the smartphone. A few just seem to start loading and then get stuck. Is this a rendering issue or just a size of the overall page issue.. Can anyone suggest some other browser (if there is one) that can render more sites? So far I am loving my Blackjack but would like a better browser.. Thanks for any suggestions.
Guest W3bbo Posted December 3, 2006 Report Posted December 3, 2006 Opera makes version 8 of their browser available for WM2003 Smartphone users, and WM5.0 PocketPCs; no word on WM5.0 Smartphones though. http://www.opera.com/products/mobile/products/
