need help with xml

can someone tell me how to swap the two lines in the below image? i would like the 'profile' and 'date/time/carrier' sections swapped as it is hard to read the time with this background. i really like it so i would rather change out the sections. below is my html. thanks.

The order they appear in the XML from top to bottom is the same order they appear on the screen. So a bit of simple cutting and pasting :)
