tryng to instal .hme theme.errors.help!

hello

i have downloaded a theme from jd skins and attempted to install it on my sp5.

however, when i try to install it on my phone, i get the following error: install was unsuccessful the program or setting you are trying to install does not have sufficient system permission.

how can i get around this? i have already fully application unlocked my phone, i really want to install some of these themes!

any help would be greatly appreciated!
