Orange Mobile Manager

Has any one come across/or heard of Orange's Mobile Manager.

From what I can tell it seems to works similarly to RIM Blackberry Enterprise Server:

i.e it allows you

1. Remotely Activate Orange Mobile 5 Devices

2. Remotely Wipe Orange Mobile 5 Devices

3. Remotely configure Orange Mobile 5 Devices

If anyone else has heard anything about this could you post any link with more info also does anyone know of something similar systems on other UK Mobile networks?
