Guest proindigo Posted December 4, 2006 Report Posted December 4, 2006 (edited) Apparently been happening since this weekend... Don't panic guys.... T-mob are sorting it! Symptoms include.. No audio on voice calls and/or no internet !] You can switch to non-3g only and it will work or just wait on t-mob to sort it. Edited December 4, 2006 by proindigo
Guest Si_W Posted December 4, 2006 Report Posted December 4, 2006 I spoke to them and they said they have no plans to resolve. It's an issue with the transmitters being overloaded with 3G calls and they just can't deal with the volume. Not sure how T-Mobile can resolve without a major hardware upgrade or increased volumes of transmitters. What did they specifically say they were going to do ? I await a response to my email : http://www.modaco.com/Cannot-connect-to-T-...3G-t248694.html
Guest pete.major Posted December 5, 2006 Report Posted December 5, 2006 I just got mine last Friday and I'm experiencing these issues on 3g. If it isn't better when I get home tonight this baby is going back... Shame, WnW sounded great, but failed to live up to expectations (at least for me)

Shame, WnW sounded great, but failed to live up to expectations (at least for me) THe issues on 3g are just temporary - generally I've found the 3g service from T-mobile to be far more reliable than when I was on O2. I wouldn't change your device based on a temporary problem - all networks have similar issues periodically.
Guest Whitster Posted December 5, 2006 Report Posted December 5, 2006 Had a slight problem today around lunchtime with no internet access. Seems to have sorted itself out now though.
