Reg hack help needed

Hi I have my device (m3100) set up with device lock mapped to the left soft key and it has a neat feature where it will launch an app when you lock the device, I have spb time mapped to this feature so I dont need to unlock the phone to see the time.

What I am looking for is a reg hack to launch spb time in full screen, if any one can assist then that would be great.
