Guest nicko75 Posted December 9, 2006 Report Posted December 9, 2006 I've been trying to log into ebay through my home Wifi connection on my Orange M3100. Previously I haven't had any problems, but now when I go through to log in, IE drops out and dumps me back on the home screen. So I hit 'sign in' on the barrier page to My Ebay Summary, it thinks for about 10 seconds then just gives up. In terms of new apps etc, the only possible thing that may have changed is I've uploaded the M:Panel monitoring software. Anyone know what the issue may be? Thanks

Thanks Sounds like an https:// orientated issue. Have you got an online bank account you can access, for example? Or an OWA site for work.. or anything that has a secure http side to it? See if the issue is replicated with these sites, then you know what the problem is, and you can slap Orange around the chops!

Right, well I've tried another https:// site (an online banking one) and it works fine, which might suggest it's an ebay issue. Weird.
Guest Confucious Posted December 10, 2006 Report Posted December 10, 2006 Try clearing your cache - it fills up quickly! Do you have it on your storage card? If not go to Paul's must have s/ware and download the cab to put it on your card. HTH
Guest richard_d Posted December 11, 2006 Report Posted December 11, 2006 I've had problems with ebay since Friday (fine before) - their www.ebaymobile.co.uk site works fine, but the main www.ebay.co.uk keeps kicking me out when I try and do more than search.
