Hi guys just a couple of question regarding this phone hope you guys could help me

Firstly, Im having problem installing themes software into my phone , yes I have read the sticky and still isnt working I moved the file into the startup folder still doesnt work and idea how to solve this?

Secondly, if you bought this phone and on the box it has the picture of the phone with a black screen displaying "You've got mail" with message logo on it? how do you do that cause whenever i got message or mail it doesnt display anything it just said unread message..

any help will be appreciate it thanks.... :)
