URGENT! Backing up dogdy M3100!

Got a new M3100 coming curtesy of Orange Care (dogdy power button) this morning and need to quickly backup my data.

Question - does SPB Backup sort out SMS's? I know it does emails but does that include SMS?!

All ideas greatly appricated!

Just checked my Text Messages folder and it shows some older than when I tested SPB Backup's restore so I'm guessing it does.

yes it deals with texts too, not sure about mms as didnt have any in my inbox!
