Mio A201 Internet Through PC?

Hey, i have a Mio A201 and i wish to connect it to the internet using my laptop that has bluetooth built in (through a pan) connection. my router has dhcp turnned off to help with security as someone likes to keep connecting wirelessly to our network.

i can get the PAN to connect but i am unsure of what setting to put and where... i have tryed alsorts from ip/dns setting on the local area connection it comes up with, changing different settings and ip/dns`s etc... ive ended up doing a hard reset and thought to seek advice.

if anyone could give me some help or point me to a good tutorial, that would be great...
