Guest exodus187 Posted December 13, 2006 Report Posted December 13, 2006 Hi this website has been a favourite of mine for quite some time! This is my first topic and it's more of a question rather than a tutorial but I have a lot of information to give so hopefully I can pick at others brains and I can offer any help back too. I have my home PC connected to my C500 via bluetooth, I've been getting sick of tranferring MP3's to my phone and had an idea. Instead of transferring all my MP3's to my C500 I could just play them on my PC and use my C500 to pick up the audio. Does anyone know a way of setting up the bluetooth on the PC to use the C500 as a bluetooth headset. The microphone and speaker on the c500 would be exactly the same as the mic and speaker on a bluetooth headset. This could also be a usefull way for things like Skype, you could walk around the house with your phone instead of using a headset connected to your PC. Any ideas, has anyone tried this?
Guest fireball-xl5 Posted December 13, 2006 Report Posted December 13, 2006 (edited) Try the stunning evoQ from Qstik - Skype made to wonder - great headset for Mobile, Music and Skype - only one as far as I know with a near end echo canceller. I must say I have now had some quality conversations with Skype LOL! Edited December 13, 2006 by fireball-xl5
Guest exodus187 Posted December 14, 2006 Report Posted December 14, 2006 (edited) Thanks a lot fireball, I'm looking more for a cost free solution rather than buying a headset. I'll try playing about with my setting and see if I can get something running, I just wanted to see if anyone had tried this idea or had got it working. Edited December 14, 2006 by exodus187
