Any WYSIWYG Homescreen editors for WM5 QVGA

With my SMT5600 I used Ruttensoft's Homescreen Designer to design this:

I've never been a big fan of pre-made skins...how many anime characters and random cute chick skins with an otherwise bad layout can a guy handle :)

Now while I'm confident in my XML skills, I *really* don't want to hand code it. The time savings of a helper app would be much appreciated! Also I'm using a TMobile Dash / Excalibur with the landscape layout, any that work with that?

Does anything like this exist?
