Power settings

Do you guys have the device turning off if not used for 2mins within the power settings.....or do you have it not switching off at all..... :)

I have mine set to switch off after 2 unless on external power.

its almost an obsession of mine not to be away from power for too long. Whether its USB power or in the car adapter..

I have it so that the light times out after 10 mins whilst on battery and never if powered; this is primarily for the SatNav cos its a pain to be tapping the screen too often to bring the map back up.

if the battery starts to get below halfway, i dont half get anxious and paranoid that i'll be left high and dry with no SatNav hundreds of miles from home!! To that end i have power available wherever i am!! USB cables for the Laptop and Home PC, Cigar adpater in the car...

Mine's set for two on battery and never on mains.

I always keep an eye on the battery though and when using TomTom in the car it's normally plugged into the lighter socket.
