Is it possible to remove Exchange profile?

Hi

I recently changed employers - I now wish to use my M3100 with my new employers Exchange server. I cannot find a way, either on the device, or using Activesync, to change the Exchange profile (you can change the server, but not the name/password), without losing everything else by restoring factory defaults.

Does anyone know a way to do this?
