can't customize Start Menu SPV C500

i have strange problem with my new SPV C500 :D . i can't move any shortcuts in start menu because they are system files. my SPV is unlocked, i can install any application i want. what is wrong? how i can move those shortcuts?

Have you tried moving LNKs using the built-in file explorer (IA File Manager)?

naturally i've tried. it was first thing i've tried. moving from computer via activesync is useless too... these shotrcuts are sysyem files. i don't know why..
