spv m500 can't make or receive call..but can send and receive texts..

cbh4049 need help...

Bought spv m500 on ebay a months ago..is unlocked and seems to work fine with my vodafone pay as you talk sim card..but unfortunately i cannot make or receive call..can send and receive text..when put the card back into my N70..it works fine (can make and receive call)...not sure whether a phone or network setting...really need assistance..

It's possible that the phones IMEI has been barred by the network. This can happen if the seller has lost his SIM as the network operator will bar both the SIM and related IMEI in their records.

You could contact Orange CS and find out.

If the phone is barred them you will probably need to to get the seller to clear it with Orange.
