We are changing our works phones over to the I MAte K Jam, i currently run Tom Tom through my existing SPV M500, is it possible to Bluetooth the GPS and an ear piece at simultaneaously on the Kjam ?

Yes I do it on mine.

With a new device you will need to ask TomTom for a new activation code.
