SP5 Homescreen display troubles

Hey, I hav started to modify my SP5 now and put some different homescreen layouts on, i thought everythin was fine. But i have now noticed with layouts that have a transparent icon bar my phone displays one, this means the picture is offset and everyting is out of line. I kno there is nothing wrong wit the homescreens themselves. Does anyone hav any idea wots wrong? :)
